The Road Home Welcomes You

Trust Your Purpose

The highest priority of The Road Home is to implement a trauma informed program to homeless mothers that have lost custody of their children. Our hope is to have the family reunify within six months of the children entering care.

About

Making Change Possible

Founded in 2021, The Road Home has made strides to make this mission a reality. Thanks to the help of members and volunteers in the Jackson County community we are on our way. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the program we plan to offer in 2026. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What We Do

Meaningful Work

Trauma Informed program with a Reunification Specialist.

The Road Home will be providing the family housing, easy access to court ordered services, additional parent child visitation, transportation and support with a reunification specialist.

Our reunification specialist will be an advocate for the families at court and with the Case Manager from Children's Division.

The Road Home is dedicated to putting reunification first. Our Trauma Informed program provides a much-needed service for those in dire need.
